Trust is the foundation of adoption. If your app is inaccurate, hidden, unpredictable, or unaligned, you will struggle to retain users. They multiply, so the math is rigorous on purpose.
A product that scores 80, 80, 80, 80 lands at 41 of 100. That feels low for four solid eighties. The point is that trust does not average. It compounds in both directions. A single weak layer pulls the whole score down to where the user feels it.
